Who I am.

I’m a Black girl from California who loves the outdoors (climbing/mountain biking), builds things in both physical and digital spaces, and passionately advocates for equity.

Since 2018, I have built a community of BIPOC designers, and fostered courageously candid and authentic conversations surrounding the intersectionality of Blackness and Design. I couple my own lived experience with a background with research around Diversity and Design that I conducted as a Masters student at the Univ. of Washington.

Currently I work at Instagram leading up design for a product on the Well-being team. Previously I created interactive guidebooks for in-store associates at REI as a Product Designer in their Visual Merchandising space, was a Designer turned Art Director at Amazon where I built custom brand experiences both on and offline, and supported home buyers and sellers as a Senior Product Designer at Zillow.
